As part of our ongoing participation in the Law Society of Alberta’s Innovation Sandbox, we provide you the following information related to our One Lawyer Divorce Method™ Services.

One Family Law is an approved participant in the Innovation Sandbox overseen and regulated by the Law Society of Alberta. Our participation is limited to the specific One Lawyer Divorce Method™ Services described in our client Retainer Agreement and Participation Waiver.

These services are subject to the Law Society of Alberta’s ongoing regulatory oversight through the Innovation Regulation Group.

Some protections normally applicable to legal services provided by Law Society of Alberta members may be different or unavailable to those participating in the Innovation Sandbox.

The Law Society of Alberta does not approve, endorse, or certify:

The quality of the legal services we provide;
Our qualifications;
Our competence; or
Our fitness to provide the Services.

One Family Law remains responsible for the professional delivery of legal services and for complying with applicable laws and professional obligations.
